Frequently Asked Questions
We accept check, cash, and credit card before or at the time of pick up or delivery.
An Insurance certificate naming Frost Christmas Props as additional insured and loss payee can be issued in lieu of a deposit. A credit card deposit can also be accepted. A Frost credit card form must be filled out prior to rental.
A courtesy hold can be placed on Props without any commitment on your part. Should another Client request the same items, you will be notified and given an opportunity to confirm rental. After this time a commitment is required in order to guarantee availability.
Required to Pull Order
Sign quotation and payment are required to pull order.
Changes and/or cancellations made after confirmation are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
All rentals are up to 1 week (with the exception of Santa Thrones and Sleighs which are 3 day rentals). For 2nd week rental prices are 50% of 1st week. Santa sets are 1 day event rentals.
After rental items are returned the Frost staff will check in the items and confirm any loss or damages. Most lost items are charged at 10 times their rental amount. All repairable damages will be charged at Frost's discretion. Possible replacement trades can be made.
Self Pick Up
If props are to be picked up it is suggested to have furniture pads and straps for safe shipping of larger props. Some larger props may require a covered box truck for pick up.
